Cancellations

You may cancel your service plan by writing to us at the above address. Cancelling a rolling service plan requires 30 days notice, which can be given at any time after the initial 14-day cooling off period from the start date or the annual anniversary of your service plan, provided that a claim or service has not been completed. In case a prior service has been provided or a repair claim has been made by the customer, warranty guard has the right to a cancellation fee for upto £50, depending solely on their discretion.
